Inc. was founded in 1997 in California.

In 2001 Wintersun
International Inc DBA Wintersun Chemical was established to focus on
the growing demand of specialty chemicals.
·
Wintersun moved to its
own building in Cedar Street, Ontario, Southern California in year
2003.
·
In 2009, Wintersun moved
to current facility to meet the requirement of growing business.
