Applications
|

Sodium Hypophosphite is used in formulating many
pharmaceutical products. It is a common reducing agent for metal plating.
It is a critical ingredient of electroless nickel plating solutions. It
is used as a water treatment agent and as a meat preservative. It is used
to prevent the discoloration of polymers. It is used to manufacture
hypophosphorous acid which has same application with Sodium
Hypophosphite. (But hypophosphorous acid has an advantage of easy
implementation in solution.).
